Age Verification Policy

1) Age-gating approach

• Entry gate/self-attestation: We may require you to confirm you meet the minimum age (for example, via a checkbox or date-of-birth prompt) before continuing.
• Account controls (if available): If you create an account, you may be asked for your date of birth and to re-confirm age from time to time.
• Jurisdiction awareness: We may display different age thresholds based on location signals (e.g., IP-based region) or user-provided location.

2) How age is verified/confirmed

We generally rely on self-attestation. In higher-risk situations (for example, suspected underage use, attempts to access age-restricted features, or legal compliance needs), we may request additional verification such as:

• Providing a date of birth again and confirming accuracy.
• Submitting a government-issued ID or other lawful proof of age (we may allow redaction of non-age-related fields where feasible).
• Using a third-party age/KYC verification provider where appropriate; only necessary data is requested and processed consistent with our Privacy Policy.

3) Actions taken for suspected minors

• We may restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts or sessions.
• We may request additional age verification before restoring access.
• If we confirm underage use, we will block access and may delete or de-identify associated data as required or permitted by law and our retention practices.
• We may decline transactions or reverse/void access to age-restricted services where permitted by applicable terms and law.

4) Correcting age information and appeals

If you believe your age was recorded incorrectly or your access was restricted in error, contact us to appeal. We may ask for information needed to verify eligibility (such as your date of birth and, where necessary, lawful proof of age). If your appeal is approved, we will restore access when appropriate and correct our records.
